This second Community Business Network session will focus on impact – understanding the benefits of measuring it and how a strong impact report can help your organisation maximise income. With guidance from an experienced business coach, you’ll explore how to assess your impact, improve effectiveness, and communicate achievements to funders and supporters.

You’ll also have the chance to connect with other social entrepreneurs, share ideas, and be inspired to grow your community business.

What will you learn?

With grant funding becoming increasingly difficult to secure, social enterprises and charities are relying more on traded income to sustain their work. This network brings together North Yorkshire VCSE professionals to build relationships, increase collaboration, and strengthen funding potential.

In this session you will learn:

  • why measuring impact matters for income generation
  • how to create a compelling impact report
  • ways to communicate your achievements to funders and supporters

The network also offers a great opportunity to network and collaborate with like-minded organisations.

Who should attend?

This network is aimed at voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations and groups based in North Yorkshire or delivering services within North Yorkshire.

What's included?

All attendees will receive a copy of the presentations and notes from the session.
