Thriving through the seasons: a nature inspired wellbeing approach to enhance leadership and culture
Are you looking for a coaching course which enhances your individual and team well-being?
Leading and working in the sector can be challenging and rewarding all at once, balancing time, energy, and the ever-changing nature of your organisation or team. You put time and attention into enhancing your teams wellbeing, yet experience frustration because you feel unable to practice what you preach when it comes to balancing your own work and life.
Set against the Autumnal backdrop of Bank Woods ancient woodland, get closer to nature to explore seasonal shifts in work, life and nature.
The Down to Earth project, facilitated by JK McQuinn of Where the Mind Grows (and collaborators) invite you to make space and time in nature, to learn, grow and reflect.
You will return to work with strategies to create more space and time for yourself and the collective wellbeing of your team, so that they and your organisation can thrive.
This nature-inspired leadership development workshop focuses on managing time, energy and ‘mind clutter’ in the busy day-to-day. Helping you to enhance your well-being and avoid burn-out in the challenge and change of your roles.
In the session you will:
- Be equipped with new resources to understand your leadership style
- Reduce your stress and feel better connected and confident – inspired by nature
- Learn a range strategies to help you and your team adapt and respond to challenge and change
- Get creative time for reflection
- Boost energy and motivation.
