About this event

After a great year of Drop-Ins we now know how important it is for you, the groups we support, to check in with the staff and each other, and find out directly about funding, finance and issues in the region. We hear you feel connected and supported from it and as Two Ridings is all about people and communities and wanting you to thrive, we are really happy it is working for you.

So in 2023 our monthly Drop-In event will continue but with a slight twist. As we hear Monday isn’t always the best day for you to attend we are trying out an alternate Tuesday 10am with a Wednesday 2pm meetup. We hope it will work better for more of you.

We wholeheartedly invite any and all community organisations from across the region to pop in and meet some of team at Two Ridings and get to know each other.

Discussions are always informal, inclusive and open and at each session we give you updates on new funding and answer your questions around it. It’s a perfect opportunity for you to ask anything you like about funding, grants and finance. We will answer you clearly and honestly and your questions are bound to help others in the space too.

We also really want to hear about what is going on in your communities, what difficulties you are facing and what is important at the moment. We do this as a group or in break-out rooms. So feel free to bring your questions or issues along to discuss.

We also want to share your joy. We really do.


We have created a schedule of monthly topics to discuss with you, because we know these questions come up regularly:

Tue 10th Jan, 10am – We are listening, tell us what you want to talk about in 2023

Wed 1st Feb, 2pm – Forecasting your year, how to financially plan ahead

Tue 7th Mach, 10am – Top tips for applying for funding at Two Ridings
