VCSE Leaders’ Wellbeing Hub – solutions for wellbeing

Solutions for wellbeing – from basic needs to psychological safety

Tuesday 18 January 10am – 1pm

Event aims

Creating a safe and supportive culture at work is something we can all be passionate about. As a leader, this involves nurturing an ethos where everyone sees the value of prioritising wellbeing.

In light of the shifts and challenges the VCSE sector has faced, in response to Covid-19 and beyond, this session explores ways to grow a wellbeing culture within an organisation, participants themselves and others. Looking at simple yet impactful knowledge and approaches to enhance individual and team wellbeing from basic needs and developing psychological safety.

Who should attend?

Workshops should be attended by leaders from the Humber Coast and Vale area only.

Trainer

The training will be delivered by Where The Mind Grows, an organisation delivering nature-based coaching programmes across Yorkshire to enhance participants’ wellbeing. Where the Mind Grows draws on the wisdom of the natural world, to apply effective solutions to mental health, wellbeing and psychological safety. This ecopsychology approach is woven into the coaching and facilitation of workshop sessions, to offer a different perspective and alternative ways of thinking and responding to the happiness and health of ourselves and others.
