Volunteer Coordinators Network meeting: volunteer strategies

Volunteer Co-ordinators Network

Join us for an engaging and practical session focused on developing effective volunteer strategies within your organisation.

This network meeting will explore how a well-crafted organisational volunteer strategy can serve as a structured plan to engage, manage and support volunteers in alignment with your organisation’s goals.

What will you learn?

Through shared learning, discussion and examples of best practice, participants will gain insights into how to:

  • Align volunteer involvement with organisational mission and values
  • Define clear opportunities for volunteers
  • Develop recruitment, onboarding, and support processes
  • Aid the recognition and retention of volunteers
  • Improve volunteer engagement.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining an existing approach, this session will provide tools and inspiration to help you build a strategy that integrates volunteering into your organisation’s culture and operations.

Who should attend?

This is a network meeting for paid and unpaid volunteer co-ordinators from across North Yorkshire, offering an opportunity to come together and share information, advice, tips and thoughts on all aspects of volunteer management.

What’s included?

All attendees will receive a copy of the presentations and notes from the session.

Tea and coffee will be provided.
