Who should attend?

This workshop is designed for anybody who is involved in or has an interest in their charity’s finances, including managers, bookkeepers, trustees, or treasurers.

Please note this network is designed for voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations and groups based in North Yorkshire or delivering services within North Yorkshire.

About the trainer

Rhys North – Senior Accountant 

Rhys North brings a wealth of experience to his online training courses, which include sessions on preparing for the year-end and understanding the financial responsibilities of trustees. With over 30 years of experience as a chartered accountant, Rhys has worked in various financial management roles within the NHS and retrained as a teacher in 2010. Since joining WYCAS in 2019, Rhys has been passionate about sharing his expertise, making complex financial topics accessible to all. His courses are clear, practical, and designed to support both individuals and organisations in strengthening their financial management skills.
